Local Plan Update

Harborough District Council has completed its Regulation 18 Consultation, and is moving forward to publishing the draft Local Plan in December for consideration at Cabinet in early January 2025. The intention is to approve the Regulation 19 consultation in mid January.

These are critical dates for you to be aware of, as these dates will afford you the opportunity to see what is in the Local Plan and how it will affect you.

19 December 2024 - Cabinet agenda papers published including draft Regulation 19 Local Plan
06 January 2025 - Cabinet meeting to consider moving the draft Local Plan to Council
16 January 2025 - Council to consider approving the draft Local Plan Regulation 19 Consultation
